Once again I came here with an excuse for my lack of doing... well anything with this site. I've returned sick from falcon, nothing terribly life threatening, but annoying non the less. So what exactly did I catch? A runny nose with outer ear infection. So for the past week I've been mostly idle in many ways. That is to say I didn't accomplish much. But that doesn't mean I've done exactly nothing. So, I've got the films from Falcon sent for development. All 7 of them... But that's not the only thing as I also tinkered a bit with my backpack and now it sports a badge. The weave of it is loose and prone to fraying, but I've managed. A badge, I know, aiming high ain't I? Well, the thing is, sewing it on gave me an idea to mod this backpack a bit more. But that will have to wait.

Sorry for not posting recently. I've wanted to finish my leather case before falcon so I spendt most of my time out of wor doing this or preparing for Falcon. I'll try to update the site on this monday. I won't be updating the site at the Falcon because I don't fancy editing HTML or CSS on a smartphone.
The gear I'll be taking to the Falcon is Pentax ME Super, Nikkormat FT2 and Chinon CS. For the films it's Santacolor 100, Kodak Pro Image and a singular roll of Illford Pan 100.

So I've decided to give leather-working a shot. My first project is to make a sheath for my water canteen. So far the main part is already sewn together and only thing left is the flap.

Tommorow I'm once again attempting to climb to the summit of Leskowiec. Also I've finally got the photos from my last trip there. I'll post theme here in the coming days bu they're nothing too exiting.

So yesterday I've walked to the summit of Barania Góra! On the treck I had two cameras Altix N and King Regula Ia. I finished films in both cameras but they'll have to wait for development. I plan to send them aftert I'm done with falcon. As for the films, those were 1 roll of Agfa Vista 200 (@ iso100) and a roll of Santa color.

The plan was to clim the Turbacz tommorow. That's not happening, apparently there's a sled tournament held at the same time as we planned to trek there. So the new plan is to try our luck with Barania Góra (eng. Ram Mountain). The summit is a little bit lower then Turbacz's, it's 1220m.a.s.l. vs 1310 m.a.s.l. I do plan to bring the same camera as I planned fot Turbacz.

This weekend there's a plan to try to get to Turbacz's summit (1310 m.a.s.l.). Only adults and we'll need to get going earlier this time. It'll take around 1,5H just to just get to the mountain. The hike to the top will take about 2 hours at a good pace. As for the camera I'll take... I don't want to start a new roll of film righ now so Altix N paired with Zeiss's 2,8/50 Tessar will have to do.

As was stated before, today I attempted to treck up to the summit of Leskowiec. (922 m.a.s.l.) I wasn't doing it alone, with me went 3 other adults and 4 kids. What seemed to be an easy treck (I went to the summit with my aunt and two younger cousins last year.), turned out to be too much for the kids. The main problem was the rate we walked up the mountain with them. Couple this with a sudden snowfall and we decided to turn back a little biit over half way to the top. Not that it was a huge loss, today visibility was too limited to take photos. (1-5km) But on the other hand I've finished the roll in the Yashica j-5 so I'll be bringin it tommorow to send it for development. Edit: So there's a plan to attempt getting to the Turbacz's (1310 m.a.s.l.) summit next week. This time witchout kids.
